Graduate Student Funding

Among the MPH students and the PhD students enrolled in courses (i.e., pre-candidacy), approximately 40% are supported through either departmental graduate teaching assistantships or departmental research grants and contracts. A number of Public and Community Health graduate students have succeeded in obtaining funding from other departments or administrative units within the School of Public Health, or elsewhere on campus.
